Before launching AoG, Fahad spent over a decade leading large-scale operational teams as the Director of Operations for Saks Fifth Avenue Canada. Managing 300+ associates and multiple senior leaders, he built a reputation for precision, leadership, and delivering elevated customer experiences at scale.
